a short update.
gotten back my QE II test.... sucks. got 6/10, though most others get 6/10 too. i still dun think some of my answers are wrong. i think the lecturer is simply juz crapping it off. he agreed with me that there are implicit assumptions which wasn't mentioned in the question, and without that assumption we cannot use the given model. and, he still give the choice (MCQ question) "d. Not enough information provided" but dun accept that as the answer. ta ma de.
nus school fee hike. they all kao bei kao bu until like that. in the end, nothing changed. singaporean simply likes to kao bei for the sake of kao bei. look at the forum. how many meaningless posts are there? undergrad, but some of them dun use their brains before speaking. i wonder why. i have to agree though, that there are some insightful comments, but relatively few. probably oso because i never really go read them. read a few, then all are pure complaints, and it gets so boring. some of them kaobei that NUSSU is useless. i was thinking, why don't these pple go ahead and take over NUSSU? i shall jolly well see what they can do. another funny thing. many pple kaobei school fee hike, and never tell us first. then, have a dialogue session. after the dialogue session? school fee still going to rise, and they still never tell us much. but pple happy liaoz. hahahaha.... what a farnie joke. i think NUS is juz playing along with us.
pple, if u all really want to see changes, make NUS "legalise" the fact to inform us such stuffs before going ahead with decisions. put it in the constitution or somewhere. make NUS reveal plans for future, maybe 5-year plan. how money will be used, how the rising costs is affecting NUS, how is NUS going to make it a better place for us, what facilities going to be upgraded and when? then those that are concerned can go read them. but i doubt anyone will scrutinise them. singaporean mah. only when things happened then they kaobei.
back to my boring academic life. next week shack. 4 tests in a week. dunnoe how to survive, esp when i m not studying.
tml choir. heard from zhiwei got new juniors coming to join us. wanted to skip the prac to do a lot of my overdued stuffs... but i think cos of the 2 new juniors, i shall heck my test revisions. anyway, modules this sem quite easy.
