first run after 1 year

shack out...

first 4 km in one whole year... din time myself cos i dun want to get demoralised... hahaha... but am glad enuff that i can still complete 4 km in one stretch. hopefully i will be disciplined and continue to run in the next few weeks before i go back for reservist and take my ippt. i still want to get a silver in the very least... $200 leh. this kinda money still comes in useful for a pauper like me.
