finally booked out from camp....
yay! back at home liaoz.... blardee hell... shack week for me.
consonance put up the concert yesterday.... and it was lucky for me to be able to book out to join the concert, though i kanna a lot of stupid arrows to get out of the fucking camp... and even when i reached back camp at 2345, i still have to do work (clean weapons) until 3am in the morning... haiiz...
but, all was worth it.
....
i dunnoe what shld i say for the concert. i wasn't in a very good shape to sing yesterday. throat was in a really bad condition from all the smokings in camp, cough a lot here and there...
but i felt happy.
it was a good concert, even though we were still rushing things at the very last minutes (blardee program booklets...)
everyone had a hard time in putting up this concert, and everyone sacrificed a lot of time, money, and effort to make everything possible.
many things are the first time for consonance and for me. first time collaborating with vox humana, first time singing an 8-part song, first time holding half the concert ourselves, first time working with greg and ben for a concert, first time having a "commercial break" (blardee, i missed watching that part cos i have to close the damn door at the other side), and i first time do the choreography for humpty dumpty (...okay, it's second time if u want to count the 10 mins i had in mayflower yesterday).
oh, itz also the first time i had to rush from camp to concert, and concert back to camp. i dun want to have a second time for this though.
from the few comments i managed to have, consonance was pretty well recieved. i think we all did well, as a musician and as a performer. we tried our best to bring the correct mood of the music across to the audience, and we went an extra mile to create entertainment for the audience too. the commercial break was definitely a blast lah! (and again, farking hell, i missed it.... *&%*#!^$*)
and of cos, i love kasar! (haiiz... but we really made quite a few mistakes for that song...)
consonance is something that has always trapped me in a corner, and make me have a lot of mixed feelings, and makes me feel very emotional abt it. to those who knows me, and those i've spoken many of my deeper views abt consonance will understand me.
but consonance is oso the place i've made many great friends whom i can trust wholeheartedly. emotionally and mentally, it has also always been supporting me (though this sound really weird... cos it oso the one that made me super emotionally and mentally AND physically drained too). and end of it all, it has always end up making me feeling very happy.
all in all, this is a very good concert. and again, i m both proud of consonance, and be a part of it. =)
while everyone has been giving credits and thanks to greg, ben and zhengchang, i think we should also thank one more person.
and that is, Deqiang. (dun need to describe why bah i guess?)
and of cos, there are many pple whom have been working behind quietly. i thank you all too. you all know who u are. even if u all dun, i still know who u are. =)

i'm really glad that you are able to make it for the concert... Though we made quite a lot of mistakes, the audience still feels that this is a good concert. hmmm, we still have a lot of room for improvement...
of course, we must thank qiang qiang, who make this possible.. maybe you can give him a kiss? ;)
